SUMI SALAD 
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. almonds, sliced
1/4 c. sesame seeds
8 green onions, finely sliced
1 head cabbage, finely chopped
2 (34 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles, broken
Dressing

Don't use seasoning packets. Can cook noodles or use as is.

Heat oil in skillet and toast almonds and seeds until lightly browned. Combine with onions, cabbage, noodles and dressing. Cover and chill several hours for flavors to blend.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar

Combine sugar, pepper, salt, oil and vinegar. Mix well.
