HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
4 - 6 med. baking potatoes, boiled
6 hard cooked eggs
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
12 - 15 green olives, sliced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
Milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Set aside 1 cooked egg, 1 slice bacon and 2 to 3 green olives for top. Cut potatoes into small cubes. Slice cooked eggs and olives and add to potatoes. Add bacon. Thin mayonnaise with milk and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt and pepper and pour into potato and egg mixture. Stir until mixed together and very moist. (May need to add more mayonnaise if too dry.) Top with 1 strip crumbled bacon, sliced egg, and several sliced green olives. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about an hour. Serve hot.
