STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
1 c. flour (self-rising)
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese (can use low fat)
1/2 c. sugar
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thaw, drain and reserve liquid
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch

Cut together first 4 ingredients as for pie crust. Sprinkle evenly over 12 or 13 inch pizza pan and press firmly. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until light brown. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar - spread over cooled crust. Chill. Combine 1 cup berry juice, 4 tablespoons sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick. Add berries. Chill - then spread over cheese filling. Slice and serve like pizza.
