PIZZA STICKS 
2 c. sifted self-rising flour
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. oregano leaves
Spaghetti sauce

Cut shortening into flour. Add milk. Turn dough onto lightly floured board. Knead until smooth. Roll dough about 1/4 inch thick. Cut dough into narrow strips. Dip into melted butter and roll in mixture of Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and oregano. Place on greased pan. Bake at 450 degrees 8-10 minutes. Dip in spaghetti sauce if desired.
