RITZ COOKIES 
COOKIES:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. dates, chopped
1/2 c. nutmeats, chopped
1 box Ritz crackers

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

COOKIES: Combine condensed milk, dates and nutmeats in a heavy pot and cook over medium heat until thick. Spread on individual Ritz crackers.

FROSTING: Beat frosting ingredients together until smooth. Frost cookies.
