1 box Ritz crackers
12 oz. crunchy peanut butter
3 lbs. white chocolate

Make up the whole box of crackers with peanut butter between. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler. When melted, stir in 3 tablespoons peanut butter. Then dip crackers and place on wax paper to cool.
