RITZ CRACKER COOKIES 
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cook dates and milk in double boiler until thick. Add nuts. Spread on Ritz crackers, salt side up. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

FROSTING:

4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Frost each cookie, about 1 teaspoon icing per cookie.

Freeze or refrigerate, can be served right from freezer.
