RITZ - Y COOKIES 
1/2 pkg. chopped dates
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Whole Ritz crackers

Cook dates and milk on low heat until thickened. Stir in nuts. Top each cracker with a teaspoon of the date mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar frosting when cooled slightly.
