Ritz crackers
Creamy peanut butter
Borden Eagle brand vanilla or chocolate candy coating

Put peanut butter between two Ritz crackers. Make as many as you wish. (3 squares of the coating will cover 17 cookies.)

Melt candy coating in a small saucepan on low heat stirring often. When it is all melted, drop cookies in coating, turn them over and take them out with tongs. Put cookies on wax paper to cool.

If a less sweet coating is desired, use Nestle's ice cap coating which can be purchased in chunks in most grocery stores.
