PECAN SLAW 
1 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz.)
2 c. shredded cabbage
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. curry powder
5-7 Romaine leaves
1 c. dry roasted pecan halves

Blend dressing ingredients. Arrange Romaine leaves in bowl. Mix and chill. Delicious!
