3 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple, drained
2 c. mashed bananas

Mix all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Make a well in center and add eggs, pineapple, nuts, bananas, oil and vanilla. Stir, do not beat. Four stirs, and it's mixed. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done. Serves 16.
