STAY - IN - BEEF STEW | |
1 lb. stew beef 1 c. chopped carrots 1 potato, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped 1 bay leaf 18 oz. can tomato sauce 1/2 can beef bouillon soup 4 1/2 tsp. minute tapioca Combine all ingredients in casserole. Bake covered at 275 degrees for 5 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving. |
