STAY - A - BED STEW 
2 lb. cubed stew meat
1 can tiny peas
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. diced potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 bay leaf

Mix tomato soup, water, salt and pepper together. Put stew meat in casserole dish. Add onions, then vegetables. Add bay leaf. Pour soup mix over vegetables. Cover. Bake in a 300 degree oven 3-4 hours. I add 1 cup turnip. Gives a good flavor.
