1 lb. stew meat 1 sm. can peas 1 c. sliced carrots 1 med. chopped onion 1 bay leaf 2 to 3 sliced potatoes 1 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1 can tomato soup "or celery or mushroom" 1/2 can water Smidge of sugar Mix together, cover casserole. Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours, uncover last 1/2 hour. "Meat does not need to be browned. |
