BLUE CHEESE PATTIES 
3 slices fresh white bread
6 oz. blue cheese, room temperature
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/3 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
Butter

Process bread slices in a food processor or a blender to make fine crumbs. Place in a pie pan. In a food processor using steel blade, process half blue cheese and half cream cheese until well blended. Transfer to a bowl and process remaining cheese. Add to cheese in a bowl. Mix and shape into 12 small balls. Flatten to form patties.

Dip patties in flour, then in eggs mixed with milk and lastly in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in butter in skillet, 3 to 4 minutes.
