3 sticks melted butter
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 can cherry or strawberry pie filling

For crust, mix melted butter and flour. Press into oblong cake pan. Sprinkle pecans on top and press in. Bake until golden brown.

Mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar. Pour over cooled crust. Top with pie filling.
