7-UP SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. bottle cold 7-Up
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, sliced
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add cold 7-Up. Let set until starts to jell, then add rest of ingredients.

FROSTING:

1 c. juice from drained pineapple
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Combine juice, flour, butter, eggs and sugar. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Beat in whipped cream, pour over the Jello mix. Chill well.
