RITZ CRACKER PIE 
2 c. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Boil these together 2 minutes then drop in 24 Ritz crackers (whole). Then boil 2 minutes more. Remove from fire, pour into unbaked pie shell add pieces of butter and small amount of flour with spices. Add to crust and bake at 425 degrees about 20 minutes.
