VICKY'S CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
"Mark my words, you will have rave reviews from family & guests!" - Everyone who has tried this recipe can't stop with the compliments, even those who don't care for cranberries!

8 to 12 chicken breasts*
1 (14 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice

Note: I use boneless/skinless though some prefer split breasts with skin.

VICKY'S SPECIAL CRANBERRY SAUCE:

2 (8 oz ea.) bottles Kraft Catalina dressing
2 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 (14 oz. ea.) cans Ocean Spray whole cranberries (NOT jellied)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix sauce ingredients in bowl. Place chicken breasts (1 per person) in non-greased Pyrex baking dish. Pour special cranberry mixture over chicken breasts.

Bake at 375°F for 1 1/2 hours. Cook white rice or rice of choice. Place chicken breasts, along with cranberry sauce mixture over rice. Enjoy!

Serves 8 to 12. May half recipe for 4 to 6.
