IMPERIAL DELIGHT 
18 Van de Kamp macaroons, crumbled into 9 x 13 inch pan

Toast at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping.

1 pt. whipping cream, whipped with powdered sugar and vanilla

Spread 1/2 of the cream on bottom of pan. 4 pints sherbet mixed - over top of cream. Using one scoop each (such as raspberry, orange, rainbow, lime, pineapple, etc). Pour remaining half of cream over the top. Freeze. Cut into squares and serve. Keep on hand for drop in guests. SUPER-DELIGHTFUL.
