ONION ROLL 
1 pkg. frozen pizza dough, thawed
2 lg. Spanish onions, sliced
1 can tomato paste
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can lg. black olives, pitted (optional)
1 c. diced ham or sausage (optional)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Spread dough on a lightly oiled cookie sheet until edges fill the sheet. Set aside. Saute onions in butter. Add tomato paste and sugar. Cool. Spread onions over dough. Add olives and or ham randomly, if desired. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Roll beginning with one length. Pinch seam together. Bake at 350 degrees, seam side down, 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
