ONION ROLLS 
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 tbsp. yeast
Pinch of sugar
5 - 6 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. finely chopped fresh onion
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. ground sage
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Dissolve yeast in warm water with pinch of sugar. Melt butter; add milk and warm. Add sugar. Add to yeast mixture. Add 2 cups of flour with herbs, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Add flour until dough follows spoon around bowl. Let rise until double. Form into 15 rolls. Place on greased baking sheet. Let rise until light. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
