7 eggs
1 can coconut
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour in uncooked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 pies.
