LAMB MARINADE 
1/2 c. mustard
1 tsp. rosemary
1 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
4 garlic cloves
Sprig of mint (opt.)
1 c. sherry

Marinate lamb in refrigerator overnight or for 2 days. Marinates a boneless, butterflied leg of lamb. Wonderful on the grill!
