SWEET LIME AND GARLIC MARINADE 
Best on the barbecue, but roasted in oven is also fine.

1 (12 oz.) bottle Mike’s hard lime
5 dollops hot sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1/3 cup brown sugar
handful of fresh basil, chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Mix Mike's hard Lime, hot sauce and tomato paste until a smooth and consistent sauce is achieved. Stir in brown sugar. Finally stir in the basil and garlic.

Marinade Lamb or meat for at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
