TEXAS CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. grated cheese
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream style corn
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, beaten

Mix all dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
