PERGOGIE (KOREAN) 
1 lb. of beef; pork; or chicken (cut into sm. pieces or 1 in, or a little larger)

1/4 c. soy sauce
Toasted sesame seeds
Garlic to taste
Sliced green onions (be generous with them)

Marinate meat in soy sauce mixture for at least an hour (I start in morning and marinate all day).

Stir fry until meat is browned or grill over charcoal. Serve with rice and a green salad.
