KOREAN BUL GO KI 
1 lb. lean tenderloin or flank steak
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. rice wine
2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. crushed ginger
2 med. chopped green onions
1 tsp. sesame
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut beef into thin slices. Place in bowl. Add sugar and wine. Mix well. Let stand 15 minutes.

Combine rest of ingredients. Mix well. Marinate over meat for 15 minutes before cooking. Grill meat slices on grill or oven broil at 450 degrees until brown.
