1 lg. pkg. round steak 1 can of tomato soup (10 1/2 oz.) 1 can beef broth 2 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet 1 tsp. sugar or to taste 1 tsp. vinegar 5 to 6 med. potatoes, chunked 5 lg. carrots, chunked 2 med. onions, chopped 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) green beans Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Brown in oil. Drain. Put these in pressure cooker, meat, tomato soup, beef broth, salt, sugar and vinegar. Cook 15 minutes at 5 pounds pressure. While meat is cooking, dice potatoes, carrots, onions. Take meat out, then cook vegetables and green beans for 10 minutes - 5 pounds pressure. Combine with meat. It's good to let simmer in crock pot. Can use garlic powder. |
