PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. uncooked rice
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup and 1 can water

Mix first 5 ingredients together and form into balls. Put meatballs into a pressure cooker. Add soup and water; cook on low pressure for 15 minutes.

Or, put into regular pot. Add tomatoes and water. Let cook on low heat about 1-1 1/2 hours. Serves 6-8.
