BAKED MACARONI AND HAM BAKE 
2 qts. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. macaroni
12 oz. smoked ham
3 eggs
2 c. half and half
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

1. Add bouillon cubes to boiling water; add macaroni and cook until tender; drain well.

2. Cut ham into julienne strips. Place a layer of pasta in the bottom of a greased pan. Sprinkle with the ham and then the cheese. Add another layer of pasta.

3. Mix eggs, half and half, salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta. Top with the rest of the cheese.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until set and lightly browned. 4 servings.
