MACARONI, HAM & CHEESE BAKE 
3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. chopped ham
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Butter crackers
3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine macaroni, ham, cheese, onion and mustard; pour into a well greased casserole. Cover mixture with crackers. Pour milk over mixture, making certain to wet the crackers. Dot with butter and bake 1 hour until top is browned.
