CONGEALED CITRUS SALAD 
5 env. Knox plain gelatin
3 grapefruits (pink)
3 oranges
3 lemons
2 (#2) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
Dash salt and pepper (optional)
1 c. cold water to dissolve gelatin
1 c. hot water

Grate rind of 1 lemon and 1 orange very fine. Over large bowl section all fruit, removing all white membranes. Squeeze lemons to get all juice. Mix all ingredients and pour in large Pyrex or two smaller dishes. Let congeal.
