1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
5 c. flour
1 c. sour cream

Blend sugar and butter; add eggs and lemon extract. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, chill. Roll thin and cut with cookie cutters. Bake on greased cookie sheet 10 to 12 minutes in 350 degree oven.
