CREAM PIE FILLING 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla

This is the secret!

Beat eggs and add sugar. Heat milk to scalding. Add a little of the milk to flour, sugar and flour and cornstarch. Add to hot milk and cook until thick. Beat well with mixer until smooth. Makes a wonderful cream pie - never too thick or too thin.
