CREAM PIE FILLING 
2 1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Baked pie shell or graham crust

Mix together milk, yolks, sugar, cornstarch and stir constantly over low heat until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Put in baked pie shell or graham crust. Use plain or add coconut or bananas. Great for pudding with whipped topping also.
