2 tbsp. fat 1 c. chopped onions 1 lb. ground beef 1 c. chopped green peppers 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. uncooked rice 3 c. strained tomatoes Hot sauce (opt.) 1 tsp. chili powder Brown ground beef and onions in fat. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Pour in baking dish and bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. |
