HOT BROCCOLI DIP 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
2 sm. cheese rolls (garlic or bacon)
1 (8 oz.) can sliced drained mushrooms
1 c. mushroom soup

Cook broccoli according to directions, drain. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add broccoli, cheese and soup. Cook on low heat until mix melts and thickens. Stir frequently.
