2 sm. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. bag Oreo cookies

Beat together the pudding and milk just long enough to blend. Mix together the cream cheese and butter. Add this to the pudding mixture with a whisk. Then gradually add the Cool Whip and sugar. Crunch the Oreo's and put 1/2 crumbs in an 8x12 or 9x13 inch pan, then add the pudding and the rest of the Oreo's.
