POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag hash brown potatoes
Salt or Mrs. Dash
12 oz. sour cream
Bread crumbs (for topping)
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 onion, chopped
Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all together and put in greased casserole. Buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. I use Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mixed with melted butter for the topping.
