POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen hash browns (potatoes)
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Corn flake crumbs mixed with melted butter (topping)

Defrost potatoes and combine in large bowl with melted butter. Add salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream, and cheese. Blend well. Pour into greased casserole; cover with buttered corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
