CHOW MEIN 
2 c. chicken, cooked
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chicken stock
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. cold water

Heat oil and add chicken which has been cut into narrow strips. Brown onion and celery. Add green pepper and cover with stock. Simmer, covered for 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and water. Add and stir until thickened. Serve with rice and fried noodles.
