CHOW MEIN HOT DISH 
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. chow mein noodles

Saute onions and celery in oil for 5 minutes. Add ground beef and brown. Drain off liquid. Add soup, rice, sprouts, water chestnuts, and soy sauce. Mix and put into a large casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with noodles and bake for 30 minutes more.
