6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. peanut butter
6 c. Crispix
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate chips and oil in double boiler or microwave. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter. Put Crispix in bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and coat cereal well. Put confectioners' sugar in plastic bag. Add cereal. Shake well. Store in airtight container.
