1 box yellow cake mix 1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice 1 can apple pie filling 1 stick butter 1/2 c. chopped pecans Spread pineapple in 9x13 pan. On top of that spread pie filling, then cover with dry cake mix. Slice butter and cover the top of cake, then sprinkle nuts. Bake 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes until gold and bubbly. Serve as a cobbler, warm or cold. |
