TEXAS RICE CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 onion
3/4 c. rice
1 can beef bouillon (soup)
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano

Cook onion in drippings. Add rice and continue cooking until brown. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil and pour into casserole. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
