MACARETTI 
Cook the hamburger ahead and freeze. Then place frozen meat in with other ingredients and cook as indicated. This gets dinner on the table even quicker.

1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 cup (up to 1 cup) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (2 quart) casserole
1 Steamer/colander

Place ground beef in the steamer/colander. Break into small pieces. Place into 2-quart casserole. Microwave 3 minutes on high. Stir. Microwave on High 3 more minutes. Remove all Gunk from casserole; rinse or wipe out.

Dump cooked ground beef, sauce, uncooked macaroni, and water into casserole. Cover, close vent; microwave 7 minutes on High. Stir; microwave 6 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top; cover vent closed. Let stand 5 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

This is my mom's recipe from back in the 80's. She came up with it when she first started selling the Tupperwave Stack Cooker! It is super yummy. I am like shocked to see it online.
