CHEESE POTATOES 
6 to 10 medium potatoes
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in boiling water until soft (not too soft). Put in ovenware bowl; add milk, butter, cheese, salt and pepper.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 25 minutes.
