SPINACH SALAD 
2 bags spinach, washed, drained
4 chopped hard-boiled eggs
2 cans water chestnuts, drained, chopped
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1/2 lb. bacon, cut, fried

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped

Make dressing in jar. Chill. Pour over salad when ready to serve.
