PEPPER STEAK AND MORE 
1 1/4 lbs. lean beef steak
2 c. bite sized pieces Bell pepper
1/2 c. white onion or onion greens
1 c. bite sized pieces of carrot
Kikkoman sweet-sour sauce
3 to 4 servings white rice

Thin slice meat after removing all fat. Place onion and meat into Wok with 2 tablespoons peanut oil and cook until browned. Remove to cool and drain while cooking vegetables. (Rinse Wok and dry.) Pour 2 tablespoons peanut oil into Wok and heat. Place Bell pepper and carrots in Wok and add 1/4 cup Kikkoman sweet & sour sauce. Add 1/4 cup water and blend. Cover with Time-Dome and allow to steam 4 to 5 minutes, until tender, and add cooked meat and blend. Add additional sauce to taste. Serve over bed of white steamed rice or in a separate dish from rice.

ALTERNATE: Broccoli and/or additional white onion (small pieces) may be added when meat is added, if desired, for variety and color.
